Yating Yao

Yating Yao is a first-year PhD student in the Department of Chemistry at Stanford. She conducted research on the application of graphene membranes to transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in Hailin Peng's Group, and graduated with a BS in chemistry at Peking University (2022). Yating has a general interest in the field of nanomaterials, and now she is exploring her research interests. Outside the lab, she usually plays table tennis and makes coffee.
