Call for Workshop Proposals

If you're interested in proposing a workshop, please fill out the form below to submit your ideas. The Q-FARM Workshop Committee reviews proposals on a rolling basis. After submitting, please email qfarm-contact@stanford.edu to let us know.

Once the Workshop Committee approves your proposal, the Q-FARM team will support you in three key ways:

• Planning & logistics coordination — We help with venue booking, scheduling, catering, registration, communications, and the day-to-day details of running the event.
• Funding applications — We work with you to identify funding sources and assist in preparing and submitting applications.
• Financial backstop — Q-FARM stands behind every approved workshop, so your event has the financial security to move forward with confidence.
