Announcing the recipients of Q-FARM's inaugural QSSG Program
Q-FARM's Quantum Science Seed Grant Program (QSSG) is pleased to announce the recipients of our inaugural grant program. The Q-FARM QSSG initiative seeks to support innovative and groundbreaking research in the field of quantum science and engineering. Collaborations that explore new ideas and approaches in quantum science, particularly focusing on quantum entanglement and its potential applications are encouraged. The QSSG program aims to support projects that explore novel ideas and could potentially lead to significant advancements in the field. The program is unique in its focus on fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting transformative research endeavors, that stimulate high-risk, high-reward research in quantum science.
The selected 2025-26 grant recipient proposals are:
- Error correction and entanglement dynamics in systems with programmable geometries
- A solid-state quantum light source with spin angular momentum
- Laying a theoretical groundwork for quantum many-body systems under feedback control
- Directing functional defect formation in 2D quantum materials
- Developing sub-THz nanoscale quantum sensing for quantum materials
Please join us in congratulating the teams!
