Event Details:
Friday, April 24, 2026
9:00am - 5:00pm PDT
Location
Simonyi Center (4th floor, W450), CoDa
389 Jane Stanford Way
Stanford, CA 94305

This is a one-day "rapid-response" workshop organized in response to two recent, exciting papers:
- "Securing Elliptic Curve Cryptocurrencies against Quantum Vulnerabilities" (arXiv:2603.28846) — https://quantumai.google/static/site-assets/downloads/cryptocurrency-whitepaper.pdf
- "Shor's Algorithm is Possible with as Few as 10,000 Reconfigurable Atomic Qubits" (arXiv:2603.28627) — https://arxiv.org/abs/2603.28627
Co-authors of both papers will present at the workshop, and Stanford and Berkeley PIs will participate in the discussion. The goal is an in-depth, interactive discussion rather than a series of polished talks.
